Sinn Sage is one of my favorite "adult" film stars of all-time. Recently I came upon a "tweet" of hers that included a link to a "donations" site of which she sat up. Back in 2009, Miss Sage suffered a serious head injury during a snowboarding accident that required brain surgery after she was put into a medically-induced coma. In January of 2014, while attending the AVN (Adult Video News) Awards, she suffered a seizure and, after a short stay in the hospital (which was, according to Sinn herself, about an hour or so), she was charged an astronomical sum (NOT surprsingly!). Due to some issues with her insurance provider (perhaps due to Obamacare, but I digress), Miss Sage has understandably been having troubles paying off her medical bills (as, unfortunately, so many others do in THIS country).
